Do you sell and ship internationally?

This online store is currently targeting Malaysian & Singaporean customers only, we do not ship internationally other than these 2 countries.

Do you accept credit cards online?

We are sorry for not accepting credit cards payment online at the moment, however we expect this feature will be launched soon in coming future.

Do you provide installation services for the products?

Yes, we provide installation services for customers resided in Klang Valley only, and certain amount of installation charge will be applied. Please consult our customer service officer for more information about the charges.

Do the products I purchased come with warranty?

Most of the products sell in our store come with manufacturer warranty, but not for all the items. Please consult our customer service officer if you have doubts about the warranty of the products that you are interested.

Do you charge any shipping for delivery?

Yes, all the products purchased online will be incurred for a small amount of shipping charges, depending on the shipping weight and delivery location.

Can I return the products if I found that I've bought the wrong items?

Yes for certain items with terms & conditions applied. Please contact our customer service officer for more information.

Can I return the product that comes with defect?

You can return the product that comes with defect and request for an exchange of a new item, but no refund will be given if you opt not to exchange for a new one.
